Please note that we do not accept returns once your order has been collected or delivered.

If you wish to cancel your order, a full refund will be issued, as long as we are given 5 working days notice for cupcakes, and 10 working days notice for Design Your Own themed cupcakes.

Changes can only be made to your order if we are given atleast 5 working days notice, depending on the cupcake and whether additional items have been ordered specifically.

1.A deposit of 50% or more is required at least 3 days prior to order date for your event date to be secured

2. We must receive the balance by the date of upliftment of order.

3. Any changes requested after the date of final payment cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

4. Delivery and setup is depending on the location of the venue and will be stipulated in the final price.

5. We are not responsible for any damage to the cake/cupcakes after setup or pick up is complete. An additional fee may be charged to have damages rectified.

6. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s). Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table, and optimal room temperature.

7. If flowers, containers, toppers, toys etc are provided by an outside source, we will place them for an additional fee. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

8. If you or your representative elects to pick up and set up the cake, the receipt must be presented and you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cake once it leaves our possession.

9. We will photograph our cakes and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotion without compensation to you.

10. Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.

11. If cancellation of order is made less than 24 hours before pick up time, a fee of 25% of total order will be retained from deposit made and the remainder will be refunded. Additionally, if pick up is not made on the date set by our closing time; at no fault of ours, a 15% of the total cost will be required as storage fee. Late orders (less than 24 hours notice) attract late fees of 20% of the total cost of an order as we require 3 days advance or more of notice of an order.

12. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon our ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to labour disputes or strikes, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
